The Paleochora Villas are two story stand-alone houses located right on the beach at 'Grammeno'. The group of four villas, each measuring 80sqm floor and set on a landscaped garden at the beach, is situated on a former olive grove only 3,7 km from Paleochora.

The spacious residences comprise on the ground floor of a large living room area, in front of which is a veranda with access to the sea, and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor there is also one bedroom and a second bathroom as well as a 20sqm terrace facing the beach. Every villa can accommodate up to six people.

Grammeno is a small peninsula consisting of various beaches and coves, some with small pebbles, most with sand. A quiet place to enjoy beach and sea, the sand dunes, pine trees and rare sand lilies add extra beauty.
